UPDATE: Accident Victim Allegedly Responsible for Assault
RNC say a 39-year old man from Mount Pearl who was killed in a traffic accident Wednesday at the intersection of Columbus Drive and Canada Drive was allegedly responsible for an assault in Portugal Cove this week. Police have shut down a portion of that road to do a scene examination.

Most Fuel Prices Down Across Province
Most fuel prices in the province are down slightly. The exception is coastal Labrador North, where the price freeze has been lifted and gasoline has gone up 9.4 cents a litre.
